Practice Transformation (PT)
Our PT work group approach includes specific attention to cultivating, supporting and sustaining longitudinal motivation within partnering practices, in addition to providing clinical and technological training and technical assistance.
Interprofessional Education (IPE)
The goal of IPE is to train the faculty of schools in the health profession, graduate departments, or other programs, to better equip them to teach their students to address the health care needs of Persons Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWH) through interprofessional education and collaborative practice.
Minority AIDS Inititiative (MAI)
The MAI goal to provide training and technical assistance to build the capacity of minority and minority serving clinicians, through specialized projects to improve health outcomes of disproportionately affected people living with HIV.
